Hey! What does the salary range for an SAP director at PwC look like? I am based in soCal area. Currently interviewing for the app evolution services group. #pwc #sap #directorcompensation Current TC: 230K #consulting
Coming from Capgemini you can keep your expectations low in terms of how much PWC will be willing to offer you.
Interesting comment. Does that mean PwC does not care about interview performance & background and would go with where I worked in the past?
Interview performance and background are basic hygiene requirements when anyone is hiring for a director level. You wouldn't even get an interview call if you didn't have the right background, you wouldn't clear the interview if you don't have the subject matter skill, sales skill and delivery skills for the director level role. The salary part will come after that. They will initially sell you the lowest of their pay range and unless you are already making more than that, they won't consider higher pay. The equation changes if someone is coming from Deloitte, or SAP or may be even Accenture. However for someone coming from WITCH or Capgemini, getting into big 4 is a step up and typically they tend to offset this step up with either step down in position or lower end of the pay.
Most jobs at PWC I noticed have a pay band link at bottom now. Is this accurate ? The range is huge 150-450 one job said.
230-280 base most likely, depending on what level of Director you come in at. We have D1, D2, D3 and in special cases D4

Gracias. Is there a bonus or other components in the TC for PwC? Also, is there a total number of years of experience mapped against the levels (D1, D2...)? Trying to figure out where I would land (19 years)
