Currently finishing up college this year and I just got an offer from SAP for their rotational program. 18 month program where I can try out 3 different teams for 6 months each. Anyone know how good of a program this is? I'm planning on going here for a year then dipping probably. Also wanted to know if SAP is a good/known company in the tech world? Would I be able to find jobs after SAP or am I stuck here? Offer Location Bay Area 112k Base 10k bonus target 2k relocation #sap #software
Congrats on the offer! Just out of curiosity, are you going to take it and which cohort are you applying for?
I picked June 2022!
Hey do you have any insight on the selection committee interview?
How was the technical round? What level of difficulty would you rate it?

Is this a swe rotational program? Kinda seems like a lowball bay area https://www.levels.fyi/company/SAP/salaries/Software-Engineer/T1/ Actually looks like it’s pretty standard for SAP. You can get paid more for other companies in the bay. Keep interviewing up until the deadline Edit: I realize what I may have said might come across as callous or rude. Congratulations on the offer! SWE roles at big tech are not as easy to land as blind would have you believe. You’re going to get some good experience if you accept. You could make more at another company, but that requires more work + stress on your part. Staying for a year and seeing what happens sounds kind a good plan to me. Once you make it to swe 2, the job market softens a little (or so I’ve heard)
Thank you! All good I'm gonna keep interviewing till deadline so was just wondering how this faired.
