Hello everyone, I'm currently in a situation where I'm looking for a new role due to the recent restructuring at SAP . It's been a month and a half now and I've received 3 Technical Sales offers from SAP, Informatica, and UIPath. While the offers are quite similar, I'm more interested in making a decision based on the company's product and future career prospects rather than the compensation package. I would greatly appreciate any input or advice from the Blind community on which offer would be the best fit for me. TTC : 200k , YOE 15
Informatica is sales and marketing heavy org, which can be seen in its quarterly reports as well. There is also a captive on prem customer base that needs to move to cloud, which probably makes it easy for sales team.
Worked at both SAP and UiPath. Culture is toxic at UiPath.
Don’t join UiPath
Can confirm culture is toxic at UIPath
Can you please provide more details ,

Well, what technical sales role in SAP specifically? Success in SAP highly depends on what you’re selling. Informatica has vendor lock in so if it’s existing business, prob an easy sell
BTP
So BTP is usually paired with RISE so think it could be hit or miss. BTP honestly has a huge sales bucket because it’s so vague lol. Don’t expect to compete against data warehouses or anything like that though
