sap concur is one of the worst UXs to exist in the web and it genuinely surprises me that microsoft and other big companies dont just make their own platform like they do for various other things instead of use this mess
How much money can make an app like concur? For a big tech invest in that
Enterprise software is hard! Not because people building it don’t understand user experience. It’s because the C-level buyer’s often don’t care about their employee’s experience. End user don’t mind aswel (hatered exhibited to enterprise software is just a coping mechanism for different organisational problem) The day companies care about employee experience (software plays only small part in it) , the processes will be better and enterprise software will be magical

As a matter of fact it’s applicable to any such financial software lol they are complex
The integration with oracle was pretty dumbed down, we’d send strings. SAP requires IDs and runs a bunch of validations. It doesn’t work 20% of the time.
