This is my dream job. Had two amazing interviews with 2 hiring managers separately. Next week will be on-site. How much did I secure the offer by having greaaat HM interviews before on-site? Ps: both HMs said they'd like to have me in the team. YOE: 11 TC: 250

GL! Slay the on-site and make them have no choice but to give you the biggest of offers!
A bad on-site can definitely kill an offer. HM interviews aren't usually extremely technical. A strong HM interview might help if one or two rounds were mediocre. It will definitely help if they decide to make you an offer.
