What is the average range for a sales/account development manager in b2b SaaS? Glassdoor is unclear due to the variable portion of pay. Is there a difference in managing inbound vs outbound reps?

120-150k OTE with splits ranging from 50/50 to 75/25.

How much are their SDRs making if the manager's OTE is 150k?

I've seen it anywhere between 70-100 OTE. With the right accelerators and killing their number they can hit 120k.
