Really amazes me how many of my colleagues show up at 10-1030 and leave at 4. It’s ok for those that work from home but shit

If they are delivering results, what is the problem?
I logout and leave my home office at 4 pm or so. I usually start working at 9:30, sometimes 10 am. Gym and then lunch at 1:30 or so, except Mondays when I do grocery shopping at that time. TC $300k. Happy to take referrals!
I don't know about exercise breaks in the middle of the work day. But for my level (LMTS) the WLB, WFH allowance and TC are typical from what I've seen, yeah. Salesforce comp is really base/cash heavy, and it's hard to get RSU refreshes. But the WLB is pretty much unparalleled.
Is that level L5/6 at FG? How hard it is to promote to next level. Your life looks like mine when WFH 😂
