How’s the morale, work life balance, and hours working at United Airlines? Just got a job offer supporting airport operations and am nervous to accept due to the lack of vacation days and work like balance/ hours in the office.
I hear their walkout policy is brutal
Only 10 days vacation and morale and such are low. Pay is low too. Only worth it if you really want flight benefits.
Place sucks dick
Flight benefits aren’t even that good. Standby and it’s so hard to get a seat.
You're in for a hell of a ride in a loop, no endings to its low pay, match up it's BS. People with seniority injected a deadly poison and planted a time explosion paper-wise in the system. New people in this comoany either suffering or left and gone to other companies. New contract is needed for this fix, increase pay match up and more vacation days and holiday. Don't let the people that's in there 20yrs+ control the new generation. Feels like they still in there to implant and corrupt young ones with the wrong dlings and here for revenge. Only fair for New contract to be vote by the new generation, raise the pay, more vacation is on-demand. Not listen to some lazy old fart, ordering around and talk all day about how bad this company is. Action save the young ones then people maybe consider not leaving.
Anyone can refer me to United Airlines ?
