SIE / PlayStation Staff SWE Compensation
What are the different levels (SWE II, Senior, Staff, etc) at Sony Interactive Entertainment, and what compensation numbers can a Staff SWE at Sony Interactive Entertainment expect? Also, I know it's a combo of base, perf bonus, and LTI, but does SIE give stock for Staff level? #gaming #playstation

SIE levels are same as you mentioned SE-2, Senior, Staff SIE doesn't offer stocks. Base pay : 180-220K 20% bonus 15% LTI based on the location

When do we get the lti money? I joined recently in the sf office but don't see any lti related payment yet

200 - 250k without stocks
I thought they don't give stock. So do you mean 200-250k without the LTI cash?
