Total is 315, not too bad. average for staff at SoFi. U can negotiate to get the base a bit more but u won’t get more than 215 I think. I’d say ask for 340 and let them come back with a little more. Good time for the stock price btw.
This is low. For Staff IC4 in tier 1 should be atleast 375K to 400k.
Bring a competing offer and they should match it.

I don’t work At Sofi but based on job posting Salary seems too low. Staff pay range from UT, WA, and SF is 153000-264000 Mid point of that pay range is 208800 and that includes cheap pay zone of UT because they don’t post just CA jobs I would expect 220k minimum for sf
