It has a very unique business model and illiquid assets. Goldman would be the most obvious buyer but really any of the big banks might be interested. Mark to Market of it's assets don't look great but held to maturity it's not bad. The value is really in it's lending to VCs and startups. TC 270k

Agree. It’s not toxic assets. Sure, the portfolio is in a bad time in the economy but you CAN value them. Good and unique business. Good value can be had. Make them a whole subsidiary and keep the employees and operations. Some mgmt c -suite will go of course due to redundancy and of course the people who made the mistakes.
