Hi Community Members and folks working in Citi Bank India, I am currently giving interview for SVP Engineering Manager role in Citi Bank Pune and want to understand how much max shall I expect in compensation n benefits considering the following components in salary: Base, yearly bonus, annual equities, benefits. This is just what I have on top of my head but anything else that I can ask for like how much joining bonus shall I ask, relocation assistance from other state etc ? I negotiated for 1.8 cr n ended up with 1.5 cr

SVP is C14 Compensation varies alot from 50 LPA to 80 LPA. Most of the salary would be fix and yearly bonus will be 10%-20% of Base pay that won't be part of CTC and it depends how your business unit perform. There is no stock options available as far as I know. Joining bonus again that varies and relocation assistance will be there flight,goods movements, your 15 days stay in 5 start hotel including all meals expenses during your stay and cab expenses if incurred any.
