With the job hopping culture in the world we’re living in right now, what are some of the companies with high standards of engineering that promote and value loyalty, and also penalize external hires?
I guess Google is one? They’re famous for downleveling external hires...
But the package for the lower level is still better than an existing employee’s package who’s at the same level. So no.
