Do resumes go down a black hole if I apply on the reddit career's page? I applied to a few postings, it has been ~1 week and nothing yet (no let's talk, no rejection, no news, no activity of any kind). Should I be getting in touch with recruiters on linkedin instead? Am I being too impatient? I have a few other companies that I applied to that set up initial calls pretty quick. Ideally I'd like to line up all my interviews back to back, so I can be off work for a few days. But reddit just won't bite. #reddit
+1. They never reply.
Got response within a day but phone screen result took more than a week So it depends I guess
Reddit has the shittiest engineering team I’ve talked to in the Bay Area. Really surprised they’ve survived without massive multi-day outages like Roblox.

Agreed. It’s amateur hour over there.
Dm me for referral
We’re hiring like crazy. Feel free to DM for a referral.
And google is on your resume? Normally Reddit responds in 48 hours.
