In general (I know there are tons of variables), do you think SaaS sales or services sales are more lucrative positions long term? By services I mean ITO/outsourcing
Ain’t nobody getting rich selling services unless you make partner at somewhere that’s a pure Services play and even then. Product is where it’s at.
I made a shitload in services for a boutique that we sold to Accenture. Made 300+ running sales (grew from first rep up) and got a nice “single” hit exit.
Kudos! I meant Big Four but that’s another route. Those types of companies are relatively rare though.
