SaaS web app boilerplate / starter app with payment

Trying to build a SaaS web app. Is there an an open source GitHub repo for boilerplate or starter web app that makes things very easy to get going. what I'm specifically looking for is authentication and subscription payments (with Stripe) all integrated in the boilerplace and I want to make sure that the UI is very slick and beautiful (preferring next.js and tailwind based) so I don't have to spend time building a sexy UI that's all responsive and rather spend my time implementing the actual backend logic. The stack I would like to use is all JavaScript based so node.js and JS / typescript. Or alternatively if there is a js based CMS that makes things extremely easy to build a UI that would be great also. Any help would be appreciated. Could you share links to repos pls. Thanks
