135k base, 30k signing, 105k stock/4 years. Software Engineer, 2YOE
Are you a recent grad?
2YOE == 2 years of experience. When I was a new grad I made 95k base, 27k signing bonus, 50k stock/4
SWE 130k base
Are the TCs on Blind mostly elevated bc of stock?
Yes. A lot of the 300k+ TCs come from people who have joined a company at right time with good stock growth like Amazon or Square. Either that or high level engineering positions. That said, a typical non-stock elevated TC for an engineer will be between $100-300k depending on location, company, role, importance, and amount of experience.
What's SWE? I'm not an engineer.
Uhh software engineer? lolll
@CQrhUI People outside of tech don’t necessarily know the acronym. It was a legitimate question.
Base 77k, planner at Sephora. We get paid with French pay band when we live in SF lol
Oh dang how many yoe?
I'm somewhere in between Junior and Senior. I don't think the years of experience matters much when you only get raise barely matching inflation rate lol
I'm curious to see salaries from non-engineers.
TC or GTFO.
What's yours?
$100k, APM, 1.5 YOE
