Why doesn't OpenAI offshore and reduce expense by 80%
About to get an offer from a healthcare company (example, Intuitive Surgical, BioRad, Gilead, Copper Surgical) for the role of a Corporate Development Manager. Unfortunately, I can’t share the name of the specific companies; due to the stage in which the process is, it’d be easy to be identified. But I’ll be sure to update once I land an offer. I am currently in a management consulting role. YOE 5 TC 230K Would greatly appreciate any insight! #interview #offers
Following - in a similar space and function but with fewer years of experience.
Probably less than you make now
Do you have healthcare experience? You went from medical devices to pharma in your list. I would say pharma pays better than Med devices in my experience. You will probably have a RSU component that will give you a higher TC and probably no bonus like you get in consulting. I would say $250K to $275K...
I could see your base varying anywhere from 120-180k cash, potentially a light bonus (5-15%), and equity making up the rest. All-in for a F500 corporate development manager typically swings from 200-250k depending on company and location.
That’s too low. It’s between $300-$400
I could see $300k TC for a manager, but $400 is just way too high unless we’re considering stock appreciation.
No to BioRad. I just left there
Can you please elaborate why?
Commenting to see if I can garner any responses. Will really appreciate any insight, folks!
