Posting because I generally have a hard time finding concrete salary numbers for my position ("multimedia producer"). It's uncommon enough that Blind just gives me the numbers for all "creatives". I graduated this past May and have been working at a Boston area tech startup since then. My base pay is 50k (+ health insurance, 401k plan, unlimited PTO etc.) ... I was pretty surprised when I got this offer because the film/video industry is notorious for paying very little (30k-40k) to entry-level creatives. I'm happy with my job but curious to see if anyone has experience in start-ups working this type of job (graphic design/video production/ creative) - and if anyone has opinions on what I make now (high/low/average for entry-level?) or what kind of salary growth I could see in the next 5-10 yrs if I perform well. Any thoughts are appreciated.
