You can negotiate even 1 day after leaving. The question is, do they want to entertain negotiation?
Boomeranging isn’t really a thing at Amazon, especially the past year or so. You can try, but I give you a 1-2% chance of success.
I boomeranged after one month. They wouldn’t negotiate on base salary and my signing bonus and RSUs were comparable in overall value to my previous TC.
My ease was way low on the bottom end of the salary band. Is that something they’d consider to renegotiate especially with the stock being all time high?
I’ve never known Amazon to renegotiate after someone has accepted an offer only between the time of the offer and before accepting.
There’s an actual policy for salary renegotiation for boomerangs. I think it’s 6mo’s before they’ll do it.
