I have an upcoming interview for a sales position at Google. So far, I have completed two online interviews with the hiring manager and peer from another sales team. I have been informed that my final interview will be with a team head from a cross-functional team, and it will be a 45-minute online interview. I wanted to inquire if Google has discontinued on-site interviews for non-technical roles. Additionally, I am curious about the key areas of focus for the interview with the cross-functional team head. Furthermore, if all three interviewers give positive feedback, will my case still go through the Hiring Committee (HC)? Thanks! #tech #google
