What are some of the perks of working at Salesforce in Dublin? I read about their new tower. Are there any perks like lunch, snack bar, gym, tuition allowance, WFH days, etc Would love some insights please. #salesforce #dublin #ireland #perks #accountexecutive

Going from Dublin

There are some light snacks in the office (fruits, drinks, cereal bars, barista coffee, etc.). However, there’s no proper lunch options available. The WFH policy depends on the team. I am almost fully remote (even though it’s not in my contract). The education allowance is still there (it’s equivalent to 5k per year). Wellness benefit of up to 300 eur per quarter. Pension contribution of 8% (employer) and 2% employee. Health insurance with Irish life (the worst one imho); dental with vhi. 25 days PTO, you can also buy up to 5 days off. Anything else you’re interested in?

Would you be interested in referring or keeping in touch for possible referrals in IE? I have been trying my damnedest for Sales Specs roles in which I ticked all boxes and then some, but no luck without a reference. Anyway, for OP's sake and not to make this a purely shameless plug, these are very good perks for the market. I don't think you can go wrong with SF.

Thank you so much that’s exactly the answer I was looking for!! If you don’t mind sharing how pay structure is like please? the recruiter told me there are accelerators and no RSUs.
