Salesforce IC8 stock refreshers?
Hi, I am on my 3rd year at Salesforce. Is this the year i get stock refreshers? How much does everyone typically get? If there are no refreshers, that is fine. I just thought I would ask.
Historically salesforce almost never gives refreshers

I have gotten it every year so far. You have to start the communication and set the expectation a few months before April. Remind them what things you have accomplished and your importance in the team.
You are late. Refresh cycle for this year is already gone. While you keep the “if there are no refreshers, that is fine” attitude, your manager will keep assigning it to someone else.

I am a top performer on my team and I set the expectation for a promotion verse RSUs a couple months back but I should have thrown RSUs in the convo
I’ve gotten refreshers twice, 40ish at my 2y mark and 90ish at my 3y. Make yourself known as someone that delivers and speak up when people above you have dumb ideas, and they’ll want to keep you.
