Yes remote role is available for permanent wfh. Wlb would be similar to Google. Coasting days are gone on top of boring work there's lot of work. Benefits should be at par with Google. Pay yes better than your TC at yoe. You can expect Smts 65-75lpa
Is remote roles are common within a team or is it heavily team dependent ? Will tc drop after 4 years once stock vested or they will refresh stock ?
