Salesforce Industries Cloud Review
Expecting an LMTS offer from Salesforce Industries Cloud team. At my current team in Indeed I manage to work not more than 25-30 hrs a week. I work at my convenience and have a good manager. Does this hold good in Salesforce too? How is the culture and WLB in general ? Can I expect a pay of more than 1 CR #INR? Current TC : 63 Lacs INR (40 base + 8 perf + 15 stocks) Yoe: 10 #indeed #salesforce

1. Screening round - 1 LC Medium + 1 LC easy 2. System design - Grokking medium level question 3. 1 LC easy + mini system design (asking for various approaches) 4. Director sync up - Mostly behavioural questions
WLB in general at Salesforce is good. So is Indeed, from what I’ve heard from my friends. But they’re in Texas, can’t speak for India. Can anyone guarantee that you’ll be working 20-25hrs/week? Nope. Industries cloud is ~okayish, not great, not ridiculously bad. TC of more than 1Cr? lol what!? You’d get 80-85 tops
I see in levels.fyi people talking about 1 CR salaries for LMTS. Am I missing anything ?

There is a steep learning curve. 3 months atleast. Rest depends on the manager.
