Base: 230k RSU: $450k / 4 -> Offer says the actual number is based off of the average of the previous months - is that normal to not give an absolute RSU unit? Bonus: 15% TC: 380k / yr assuming I hit bonus YOE: 8 Currently a Lyft L5 (400k TC) #salesforce #lyft
That seems solid. You could try to negotiate some on the RSUs but probably not a huge amount.
Any guesses on RSU total I could push to? 500k? 600k? And agreed, its definitely a solid offer.

This is the best offer I have seen for LMTS at Salesforce on blind and levels. Same TC for better WLB is definitely a good deal as that's what you are looking for. Even a 20K pay cut isn't that bad but you can definitely ask them to match RSU or at least TC.
i have a similar offer (lower base, higher rsu). seems to be the top end for lmts new hires now

What’s the rationale behind joining Salesforce from Lyft and Facebook ? Is it reputed in the valley ?
Its definitely lower tier in comp & reputation. It's known to have more WLB, though Lyft is supposedly known for WLB too...

I got to on-site with Microsoft but covid hit and didn’t finish process. Didn’t go for adobe

PIP is a possibility. Not saying as an insult but as a data point. Sometimes it’s not the right fit
I'd take a 20K paycut if quality of life significantly improves (e.g. less stress, no toxic environment, no asshole manager, etc.)
