That seems solid. You could try to negotiate some on the RSUs but probably not a huge amount.

This is the best offer I have seen for LMTS at Salesforce on blind and levels. Same TC for better WLB is definitely a good deal as that's what you are looking for. Even a 20K pay cut isn't that bad but you can definitely ask them to match RSU or at least TC.
i have a similar offer (lower base, higher rsu). seems to be the top end for lmts new hires now

Its definitely lower tier in comp & reputation. It's known to have more WLB, though Lyft is supposedly known for WLB too...

I'd take a 20K paycut if quality of life significantly improves (e.g. less stress, no toxic environment, no asshole manager, etc.)
