Salesforce SMTS negotiation
Expecting offer for SMTS from salesforce. Have verbal confirmation. Current TC and breakup - Base - 33L Perf Bonus - 4L Stocks -19L Total - 56L Yoe - 5 How much % hike can Salesforce give on top of current TC. What would be considered good offer and the max range to ask for. Please share pointers on negotiation. Can I ask for Joining Bonus since i might risk next stock vest, or can i push them more on base/stocks ? Currently in Msft at L62, with clear path to L63 in next 6months - 1 year. Have been among top performer. Are you external hire on 62, because 5 yoe and 62 is good. Which cloud in Salesforce, i am also about to receive offer from service cloud, but seeing mixed reviews
I had seen base as high as 50 for smts
Stay in MS, with 63, base will cross 40 easily. Maybe after that try to switch as LMTS, base 60+ possible
I was offered SMTS with base of 54, but i have 8 YOE. Rejected the SF offer though and joined MS at 63.

I had given all the 3 rounds . How long did it take for recruiter to come back after hm round ?
i had 5+ rounds. recruiters take forever, still waiting. Hm said they will extend an offer.
