I'm considering applying to the analytics team. Can anyone at Salesforce chime in on how the team is? Im interested in things like work life balance, oncall workload, projects, tech debt, management, etc

I've noticed Analytics gets the most hate in our internal forum. Perhaps due to bad management.
What are good teams to join then?
Also, do you know if all of analytics is bad or just a few specific ones? I'm applying to a satellite office
