Salesforce industry cloud vs Walmart adtech

Guys please help me choose Salesforce Industry Cloud Bangalore SMTS CTC : 45lacs INR base , 15% annual bonus and 90K USD. Industry cloud team, seems the tech stack is not great, the director mentioned that 60% is java, rest is apex and some data framework. Walmart Global tech : 47 lacs base + 6 lacs joining bonus + 25% annual bonus + 75k USD IN4 : Adtech team My preference is better tech stack and learning and growth opportunity over WLB. But WLB shouldn't be that bad that we can't enjoy life during weekend also. I am on CTC : 33 fix with 8 year experience. Please please please help guys 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
