Salesforce layoff package shows its mercy to employees

5 months package. After holiday. Non performance related. Compared with those which are definitely planning a cut with similar size but under the hat of PIP, it's much much better.

Less mess up.. I have seen mgrs picking people based on diff criteria ( one of them was “someone who’s life will be least impacted” ) and then harass them to make a perf-based layoff case..
