Salesforce versus Microsoft new grad
Recently received a Salesforce offer. First year TC 204, afterwards 168 Just completed a Microsoft loop and pretty confident in getting the offer. I plan to negotiate but if the offers end up being similar should I take Microsoft or salesforce? Planning to stay for 2 to 2.5 years. On the subject of Microsoft what's the max you guys have heard a new grad getting? I plan to ask for L60 but not sure what numbers to ask for

I recently got offer from both. Salesforce offer is the same as yours it seems but Microsoft is much lower at 175 first year and about 150 recurring after negotiating so I’m planning to go with Salesforce
As a new grad wait for atleast verbal confirmation from MSFT. They are popular in ghosting. Also if you have masters try pushing to L61
No masters but some prior internships and a competing offer so that's why I'm aiming for 60
And yes I'm not going to decline Salesforce until I get the offer in writing from Microsoft
