As someone who worked with interns in a couple of companies - DoorDash’s intern program is super on point and you get really good mentorship , goal and a chance to impact. I do not know salesforces plan - but I can vouch that ours is legit 👌
Salesforce is generally good about coming up with interesting intern projects. The downside is that after you get hired you'll likely be stuck in boring outdated technology playing a massive game of test failure hot potatoes. Tens of thousands of test failures per day from super flaky test infra that get dumped onto the teams and all the rest and vest folks don't want to deal with them, so guess who gets to? Source: worked at salesforce for 10 years. Definitely go for doordash.
It depends on team. My team didn't propose a well-designed project to our interns
biased but when i was still in school all the people with salesforce backpacks were huge dweebs
Salesforce bought Tableau recently, and honestly this company is trash. Go for DoorDash! 😉
Salesforce or Tableau? :)
Please go to doordash if you want to grow & work on exciting tech. Salesforce is just Microsoft 2.0. You’ll enjoy the wlb but you won’t be motivated at work.
door dash for the excitement but then after like 5-6 years come over here
Why not rest and vest at salesforce
i think cuz they're too young. i worked at lexmark right out of college and it wasn't til i joined a startup right after that i learned how to really work :))
Cool
