Samsara / Deliverr / Drift - offer evaluation
Have very similar offers from these companies. Equity is a little up or down. Principal product manager roles with scope to grow a large team. Any insights into the companies and which one should I go for ? Cheers
Samsara isn't unique, also doesn't pay very well. I also had an offer with them. I recently joined Deliverr and apparently they grew 8x and our software is 👌. 🦄🦄🦄

Grew 8x at what revenue and during which period? Samsara is 2nd here https://www.ft.com/americas-fastest-growing-companies-2021 . Not paying well is proly old news - leadership listened the complaints and bumped comp significantly for all R&D in March. @wulibooli curious if your offer was recent though…

Have you all seen Samsara’s latest earnings report? Record earnings and ARR!! Samsara is really well positioned and is differentiating to grow 3-4x in as many years, at least.
However, you need to post the TC breakdown for us to help make an evaluation as well. Such as how large are the gaps in the offers?
