Samsung Noida Offer review

Hello folks, I've got an offer from Samsung Noida for RTL design role. Base + Perf bonus - 24L JB- 4L Retention - 3L(on 1st year completion) + 3L( on 2nd year completion) Designation - CL-2, TB-4, Engineer 1. Please rate the offer and let me know whether the designation being offered is suitable for my YOE. Also it would be good if anyone can comment on the hierarchy levels at Samsung. Current TC - ~20L YOE - 2 Also, I have heard of people not recommending to join Samsung, especially Noida. Can anyone mention about the good and bad things one may come across at Samsung Noida?
