Toxic Anna culture. no car parking for junior employees. only for there favorite employees. IT team is a Joke. 4 days WFO . going to be 5 days WFO from Jan 2024 three months notice period. I think I have seen this shitty attitude when tamilians are at helm. No other cultural group in India has this particular, peculiar attitude towards employees in India and I have seen this in so many companies, it's a pattern. Tamil people should develop some "actual" leadership qualities
