Samsung offer vs Mentor Graphics
I am currently at Mentor Graphics and enjoy the work and team culture. Received an offer from Samsung San Jose with TC of 50% more than I currently have (I am way over qualified for my current position at Mentor). Also it is a shorter commute for me. However I heard about/am concerned about the toxic culture at Samsung. My question is, should I take the offer? Is there a way to have Mentor match the offer (is it typical)? Thanks!
If you want to be with a resilient organization, Samsung is the way to go. The culture is not toxic, it is some of the entitled idiots opinion. Ask someone who has been with starts ups and FAANG, Samsung is coming up with things that no one else has the guts to do. How many companies out there can call themselves as the LARGEST consumer electronic company in the world
Thanks for the comments. I know that business is doing very well for Samsung and the group is expanding, but how is the career prospect for someone who is not Korean?

The culture is Toxic here especially SSI/ACD digital . Employees are harrased. One particular Vikas Gupta harasses all H1b contractors and I left the job yesterday as he called me dark skinned ugly guy..
