Samsung vs HP laptop?
I am comparing between two laptops with the same exact specs but reviews on CNET and PCMag say that HP performs better than Samsung. My confusion is if they both have the same specs; 16GB memory and i7 11th gen for example, how would one be faster than the other! Any idea?

I’d say get a Samsung, cause Samsung makes plenty of chips too and some of them may have found their way into Samsung laptops… hence they had more control when building those laptops

Have you checked the battery life? Display resoltion and brightness? Weight for portability? These all count.
