Used to be Telecommunications hub back in the day with high paying jobs not anymore. What ya think??

When I was in SD pay was looooow. Salaries in general, tech or otherwise, have not kept pace with the cost of living. There are enough people from the Midwest and east coast willing to take pay cuts just for the weather.
I did... left when I had $195k... but lack of really good tech options.. and full with backdated folks and pretty laid back culture...
