Scrum Master w/ no experience
I have 15 combined of retail work experience from Target, Amazon, and Macy's with expertise in Stores, D2C Fulfillment, and Last Mile Delivery. My salary does not match the labor hours I work and I slowly want to transition into the IT world. I recently passed the PSM-I certification and all jobs I come across require 4 to 10 years of "relevant" work experience. How do I break into the IT world as a Scrum Master without technical experience? Thank you,
