Sde 2 Compensation Canada @Amazon
Can someone shed light on compensation of sde 2 in Canada? I am currently earning 220k (140k base) tc in US and planning to move to Vancouver Cananda. How much hit will I take?

I've heard from people that you will have 10-15% cut in base pay
Most probably you’ll keep your base but in CAD. And you get to keep your stocks too. So drop would be the difference in exchange rate

No really, Amazon compensation is different from country to country. I hear from an SDE1 that moves from Seattle to Vancouver that his TC when down more than 30%
What @AEpF50 said. You keep already allocated RSU vests, but future allocations and base may be adjusted based on prevailing rates in the new country.
