Seattle BIE TC
Hi, I’m asking for a friend. He got a job with Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Business intelligence analyst. The position is remote. He currently lives in Seattle. He interviewed for a Sr. BI role at Thermo Fisher Scientific but they offered him an associate level role. His current TC - 88k base Thermo Fisher scientific TC - 95k base with 9% potential API for 2022 YOE: 2 yrs with masters Please guide how much comp to target for negotiation considering Seattle and BI analyst as the role. I have no idea how it went, but I've found the company to be very unwilling to negotiate for hires. We've lost a ton of candidates over the last year because of it.
