How much should I look to spend per month on rent? Never lived on my own outside of internships so I actually don't know. Company has an office in Seattle and Bellevue.
Not bad at all. You can get roommates to keep costs down or get an apodment if you have no social life LOL
Fkn anti-christ this is obnoxiously a lot for 0 yoe
This is actually significantly less than they were offering last year for 0 YOE btw
Dear god!
This TC is great to begin with. You can spend 2.3-2.7K per month in rent based of your TC (30% of your paycheck goes to rent rule). I am estimating your net salary so the recommended figure wouldnβt be perfect. Also, Bellevue is quieter/less homeless vs. Seattle. Also, Seattle would have some fun things to do if you are still in early 20βs.
Iβm making the same amount in Seattle and live very comfortably. Brand new apartment, good food, doing stuff with friends whenever I want, still manage to save half my income. You will be fine.
Oh yeah, I'm 100% sure that I'll be totally fine, this salary is way more than I could've hoped for when I started college. I was mainly asking to know essentially what tier of rent price should I look to be paying if I want to remain comfortable as a single. Good to know that even in a brand new apartment you can live comfortably
Live in Seattle Forsure. Youβll be bored shitless as a 22 year old in Bellvue
My TC is lower with 7yoe
Mediocre TC. You just have to remember some kids your age making 200k or 500k in hedge funds. Never stop being ambitious
Youβre rich
