I bought a house for $700k. 4b2.5b, with yard and 2 car garage. New construction and no HOA. Located just 25 mins south of Seattle in the suburb of Kent, WA. Tc: 160k Fine print: - 25 mins is if you drive at midnight. Rush hour, expect 75-90 mins. only good if you WFH - security system and security add one (reinforced doors, shatter resistant glass, panic room) is a must - keep budget for private schools, stay away from public schools - only go shopping in daytime as the QFC and Fredmeyer parking lots are crime hotspots
But now you have to live in Kent
Kent 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Bay area houses are cheap! I love my place I bought in Sacramento. I only get robbed once or twice a week. Basically you
so you have plenty of time to buy new stuff before the next one. it's kind of them to space it out.
It's actually true. Robbed or broken into
yeah, was going to say that commute to seattle or eastside is awful during the day.....
Um.... should i tell OP that i bought a new built house for 312k 5bed/3ba 2car garage and big back yard?
Where?
Kent != Seattle 😅
Kent
It's not a suburb, it's a different city
Try Maple valley or lake Stevens or Monroe. They are better and safer if you are mostly doing WFH
Snoqualmie ridge is better than all the above. 30-45 mins from downtown. It's a bit pricey though
Yeah Eastside is growing. New jobs are in Bellevue but PNW has seismic activity.
