I am currently a software engineering intern at Raytheon and hold a Secret security clearance. I am actively applying to internships for next summer and was wondering if my clearance/experience would be valuable at any companies. All information and referrals in general are greatly appreciated, thank you! #microsoft #amazon #oracle #palantir #cisco #salesforce #ibm #intel #software #swe #intern

Why? They already have a Secret.
Apply at Microsoft when you graduate. I will refer
Are you still hooking up with referrals?
Unfortunately no for most places. Maybe space x or palantir but not any FAANG.
Microsoft is one of the top clearance-holding companies in the US. They have a larger presence at the pentagon than any other company but that’s mostly their IT consulting arm. Google and Amazon have a number of software engineering and clearance jobs for government solutions/cloud. Bonuses for holding a clearance at these companies range from 15% to 30%.
The problem is secret is useless, TS/SCI+ is basically the minimum
