WLB is team/project dependant, on the federal side you're usually looking at 40-45. One thing to note about Deloitte is that if you're on the traditional track (i.e. Analyst, Consultant, Manager, etc.), your performance is not just tied to how well you do with clients but also firm initiatives (writing proposals for new contracts, etc.) which I feel like isn't very fun for tech folk. TC is very level-dependant, but in general compensation is significantly below tech companies and the like for tech folk.
