Found a few roles (software engineer) at Cerner in Kansas and seeking referral. 3+ YOE in backend, all in US in Java and Python. Worked at large financial institution and now small SAAS company. LC: 250+ TC: 75K #referral #cerner
If you have 250+ LC, you may be able to do a lot better than Cerner. I get it if you want to go to KC, but Cerner specifically??
Want to be in midwest, have family ties here. I heard Cerner is good with GC even though pay is low
That, I understand, they *were good with GC. I heard it has been a while they moved on with any prior applications (folks with more recent experience can keep me true here). But again, there is a bunch of companies, even in KC, that at least pay better. Or get a full remote job and move lol. If it HAS to be Cerner, do not accept anything below 90k. With 3yoe, it may be hard and or or take a while to get there if you start at 80. Hopefully this gray period passes in the next year or so and the company and it's associates move on to greener pastures. That being said, I am no longer with Cerner, but I would call on others that are still there to provide this gentleman/lady with a referral and get a chance to enter the raffle for $50(if that is still a thing).
I am with you @busybro... Now's not the good time to join cerner
You are probably looking at 85-95k if cerner is feeling generous at SE2 level.
