do you not see the problem? Real question. our platform is so ancient and has so much user friction that we actually pay a wannabe news site to write 8+ article tutorials on how to do specific things on the platform like leaving feedback
These articles are required PR and branding it’s not just about educating users. Still many people think ebay sells only second hand items. To brings more people to site we need to spread these articles. I agrees on ancient platform. That’s not individual effort it’s company wide culture and mind set needs to changed. With current leadership don’t see any progress in site improvements.
