Their hardware is gonna fail or slow down and miss the window because one of their hardware analysis/research directors is burning the ship. Multiple folks are leaving, about to leave, or desperately trying to leave. Filing cases with HR and speaking to the VP hasn’t led to changes. One is even building a legal case. All because this insecure ex-Apple guy is spreading threats and lies. 1. Covert threats like “I chose who was laid off in the first round.” 2. Disbanded high-performing team, removed them from high-impact projects, and spread them around to his yes-men directs 3. Convinced yes-men to fabricate lies in their annual review feedback about high performers, framing them as needs support/improvement 4. Refused to collect glowing feedback from customers (sr directors) to pin the fall guy 5. Spreads lies about team members who left, saying they purposely destroyed the Meta culture of his team. Too bad he isn’t putting all that energy into supporting his team’s ability to deliver. He’s so technically incompetent that when the team needed to solve a problem, he brought in 6 yes-men. When any of the folks he pushed out could have solved within a half hour. His VP and HR will never do anything to save this 🔥 🛳️. Meta needs a huge reorg with a VP who is just waiting to clean house of insecure, incompetent folks. Otherwise, they won’t recover quickly enough. Sell your stocks soon.
