Selling espp after leaving Apple

After leaving apple, if I sell the espp stocks that I hold, are they still gonna be categorized as qualifying/disqualifying disposition? If yes, does it mean I’ll get a w2 from Apple the year I decide to sell? If not, what happens? Do your apple stock move out of the “stock plan” section of E*Trade? Same with RSU?
