Women, help me understand why this is inspirational
There's an opening at MSFT I'm interested in: Senior Game Account Manager, with Mixer. Any insights into the base salary range for Account Managers at MSFT? This would be based in Redmond. I'm open to RSU info too if available. Thanks everyone.
I don't know if that role is similar to enterprise account manager or not. The enterprise account manager is a 55/45 base/bonus split (plus annual stock awards) Many hiring managers try to get new people with lower base since the bonuses are higher.
Gotcha. That base seems really low. I'm guessing that the bonus amount is merit based and not guaranteed?
That's not a dollar amount. That's a percentage amount. For example if you have a base of $125K then your bonus potential is around $102K if you hit your target sales. This would be a total of $227K. Of course bonus can be higher or lower.
